What Makes This Home Special
We feel honored to care for this home since 2014 for Gram’s Family. They have occupied it since it was built and enjoyed five generations of family here and now want to share it with you! We love it because of its high-quality finishes and furnishings – not to mention the proximity to downtown Fruita. And huge bonus – the world-famous Hot Tomato Pizza joint is so close, it is almost in the back yard! Just down the block is Aspen Street Coffee, Over the Edge bike shop and Copper Club Brewing Company. With room for your large crew and equipped with everything you need, we can’t wait to hear all of the memories you will make here!
Meet Michelle | Property Manager
My name is Michelle and I own CrashPad – a vacation rental management company serving Grand Junction, Fruita and Palisade, Colorado. I grew up in the area and feel very fortunate to get to call it home. I love cycling and want to share the great things our valley has to offer with the world. If you can do it outdoors, you can do it within 45 minutes of any home we manage. Skiing and wine country tourism too!

Really enjoyed our stay. Lots of beds for a big group of individuals riding mountain bikes. Amazing location, essentially in the back yard of The Hot Tomato. Does not get much better than that. Clean home, nicely restored. Plenty of room for a big group. Looking forward to our next stay!
Overall, great place. Clean, everything worked. Super location 4 doors from coffee and 3 minute walk from the center of town.
Would go again.
