Good news! You have relief! These are all things we take care of, so you don’t have too!  We run the business side of your vacation rental property for you and more importantly, we keep you doing the vacation rental happy dance all the way to the bank! 

We are currently seeking 3+ bedroom/2+bath properties within walking distance to Downtown Fruita and Grand Junction.  Properties must be fully renovated, permitted as a vacation rental in the respective city and meet all Mesa County health and safety building codes.
