Located on a huge piece of private land, this property is all about the outdoors and enjoying the people you are with. Included is a pond, fire pit, horseshoe pit, cornhole, a disk golf course and outdoor bar. Throw in the charcoal and gas BBQ grills with a covered outdoor dining area and you have the makings for a very relaxing vacation.
While you might be leaving the TV behind, the property does have WIFI so that you will not completely disconnect.
The owners, Winne and Jim, are on site and love to host travelers from all over the world!

Ahhhh… the Bunkhouse is simply an oasis of water, shade and fun in the middle of the Fruita desert landscape! This is the place to come if you are looking to unwind, unplug and spend some time outdoors. Even if you have no other plans, this property offers plenty of outdoor entertainment! It boasts a large outdoor cathedral style dining area, a fun grassy horseshoe pit, a large pond complete with a canoe and a huge firepit with tons of outdoor seating. Imagine the fun and relaxing you and your crew could do here… that is why we love it and know you will love it too!

I grew up in the area and feel very fortunate to get to call it home. I love cycling and want to share the great things our valley has to offer with the world. Great place, fun activities, like corn hole and horse shoes, beautiful scenery, owners were very nice!
Everything about this property is excellent! Morning coffee watching the sunrise on the porch….evening having a glass of wine by the pond, accompanied by birds singing and a deer in the dense trees curious about our talking. Sleeping soundly without a sound from the out of doors. Thank you!
